I give Brighton and Hove City Libraries permission to use my photograph in exhibitions, on their website and in any other appropriate way.

Terms & Conditions:

• You may enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must be either accompanied by a separate entry form or submitted on a separate email.

• You must be a member of Brighton & Hove libraries to enter – it’s free to join, so if you’re not already a member, why not join now?

• By submitting an image to the Get Caught Reading competition, entrants agree that the image will be used by Brighton & Hove libraries in an exhibition at Jubilee Library and in the community libraries and may be used on our website at www.citylibraries.info

• Winners will be notified by telephone or email by beginning of October 2008. If you have not heard from us by this time, please assume you have not been successful in winning a prize.
